The armpit is least sexy of all body parts on any woman.
Kelloid Scarring type 3 collagen, she had a procedure done where you can enter the pectoral region by placing an incision through the axilla, still pretty risky procedure thought since you could end up damaging the long thoracic nerve which would then cause a winged scapula, not very cool. Good eye, never seen this pic before, nasty scar.
